This year the Uptown Art Fair in Minneapolis, MN will be held August 7th-9th, 2009! The Uptown Art Fair is a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours with friends exploring all the great artists who share their works of art. The Uptown Art Fair is juried and features 355 artists from 42 states and 3 countries. Words can not express the wonderful work these artists share! You have to see the event to believe it.
The Uptown Art Fair is held at the intersection of Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue and “The Mall” in Southwest Minneapolis. Please be sure to plan a trip there over the weekend! You will thoroughly enjoy yourself!

When the weather is pleasant there is nothing nicer that going to an outdoor arts and crafts show. It is so enjoyable to stroll around and browse through all the booths. I always tend to spend much more than I had anticipated ! ,)
