Free Leather Punch Set - Create A Tutorial Exchange Program With Evie's Tool Emporium

Leather Punch Set

Have you heard about the Exchange Program - Free Supplies For Tutorials?

If you an artist, here is an opportunity for you to receive a free leather punch set as well as drive traffic to your online website and your blog! I am offering this leather punch set to an artist who would like to create a unique piece utilizing the leather punch set. Then show us all how it was done by posting a tutorial on your blog. The leather punch set will be free to the artist who is chosen to create the tutorial. All artists in the world are welcome to apply! Please feel free to use the medium of your choice - leather, felt, chip board, vinyl etc.

I will link your tutorial on Evie's Tool Emporium and here on the Evie's Tool Emporium blog. In return you will link your online website and your blog to me. The tutorial will also appear on the Totally Tutorials blog who is facilitating the Exchange Program - Free Supplies For Tutorials. For further details please check out Totally Tutorials.

If you are interested in creating a unique piece with the leather punch set please post a comment here with your URL. Otherwise please feel free to convo me at Evie's Tool Emporium. The ideal candidate will be an artist comfortable working with the medium of your choice. I'm looking for super creative ideas! The ideal candidate will also have a blog and have the ability to take nice photos. Then I will randomly choose an artist from those candidates.

Applications will be accepted through Wednesday February 17th at midnight. I will contact the artist chosen for this tutorial on Friday February 19th.

I'm definitely interested! I need to "brew" a bit for a great idea, but would really love to try out a new tool. I've had some fun Springy vinyl sitting over here wanting to be made into something...of course, my mind goes straight to jewelry, but you never know. You can see my work at either of these urls:

I would love the chance to try our these tools and create a tutorial. I think I should win the opportunity because I want I never worked with a leather tool punch set and that would open up the possibilities for its use. I am thinking of materials like metal, tin, foil, fabric, clay, paper, wood, corrugated, and more...Perhaps a detailed picture frame, or a Christmas ornament, a lamp shade for a vintage lamp?

I'm interested too. It might end up with something recycled but you never know when you first start working. Have a nice day.

If you'd consider giving a newbie a chance, I would like to give it a try. I'm not sure what I'm gonna be making, but I think this could be a could challenge for me.
Good luck!

Hi again, whoo hoo. do like these equipment use challenge giveaways. I would be using it with upcycling/recycling leather (from otherwise unusable leather coats from thrift stores) and also felt in making "learn to sew" projects for children. I've done some by punching holes with an awl, but wow, it would be great to have a punch and the grommet setter could give extra "punch" to the finished project.

Thanks so much for the opportunity.

Hey Evie, I'm up for trying. Been trying to think of something to try with it ever since I saw the post Sunday, that you were offering this. Have come up with a couple of ideas I think might work. Let me know. Thanks.

Oh wow! I'm definitely interested. I think tutorials are the BEST way to get people interested and involved.

My link is: http://www.gigglebot.net

I think they'd be a great set to use with something upcycled! Especially upcycled leather.

I would LOVE to try out this leather punch set. I've done tutorials before and have a blog that I post them on. I would really like to try it out on a book and do a book tutorial with stitching and lacing that would require the tool. I'd also love to try it out on a leather cuff since I have a lot of leather scraps left over from book making :)

You can see my other tutorials and the great photos my husband takes of my books here:

Thank you so much! Crossing my fingers that I'm picked!

You have a fabulous shop, thank you so much for participating in the exchange program. I would love to make a tutorial for a fashionable and protective apron - maybe leather, maybe some other kind of material that is need of punching.

Hey Evie - if you're willing to let me play again, I'd love to try these out. I've been eyeing some leather bracelet ends for chainmaille/leather combo bracelets, but this way I could recycle old leather and make the ends myself.
